The Content Manager provides you with license information as well as the ability to export title details and watch links. Following is an overview of the information available to Administrators:
(1) Confirm the total number of titles licensed
(2) Select from a number of filters:

Expiring Soon - Titles expiring within 30 days

Recently Added - Titles added to the Content Catalog in the past 30 days
-
Restricted Titles - Titles that must be shared with users via a content link, normally for educational purposes
(3) Sort the titles by clicking any column header
(4) Access the videos by clicking on the titles next to the poster art
(5) Edit the categories for a title from here instead of the Category Manager
(6) Export details for the titles in the Content Manager
Title Notices
Special icons may be displayed next to titles in the Content Manager to make you aware of titles expiring soon, titles licensed in the future, and titles with restricted viewing
